The building appears to be the central focus here and is being used on Wikipedia articles about the palace itself. There is no Freedom of Panorama in the United Arab Emirates. This means this 2017 building cannot be freely photographed for commercial Creative Commons licensing distribution. A licensing permission from the building designer is a must.
