There's no freedom of panorama in Costa Rica (COM:FOP Costa Rica), and copyright lasts 70 years after the author's death (COM:COSTA RICA). None of these buildings are older than 70 years (see info after each file). These buildings are still within copyright and as such, these files are copyright violations. I don't believe a COM:de minimis argument holds water in almost any of these images, as the buildings are the central focus of these images and they'd be useless if blurred.
